Our Foundation
The Taurus Health & Wealth for Earth Foundation will be established as a foundation under British law and registered in the British Companies House in January 2020, i.e. immediately before Brexit in Great Britain.
As a superordinate organization, global, non-profit activities of the Taurus Group are bundled here to improve the world.
Unlike the German association, for example, which is supported by its members and can also be dissolved by them, this foundation belongs to itself and cannot be dissolved as a matter of principle.
In the worst case, the foundation would fall to the British Crown, but due to the special construction, which manifests the will of the founder, this is almost impossible to the best of our knowledge and belief and human judgment.
According to the will of the founder, however, the foundation should exist for all eternity and thus guarantee the improvement of the world even after her death.
It is legally guaranteed that all funds actually go directly to the purpose, i.e. the improvement of the world. In this international organization under British law, the non-profit activities of the Taurus Group are bundled in accordance with the association's statutes for the betterment of the world.
British law was chosen by the Taurus Group in particular because it is the most common and internationally recognized law due to the British Crown's colonial past.
This also implements the Arta Charta of the Taurus Group, whose participants commit themselves to the corresponding goals in this self-commitment.
Profits and assets are expressly not allowed to accrue to any member of the Taurus Health & Wealth for Earth Foundation.
